Morphological species concept
The morphological species concept characterizes a species by body shape and other structural features. Because it differentiates species in this manner, it can be used for both asexual and sexual organisms. However, it is very subjective so that scientists disagree on which structures two different species.
Notice that unlike the biological species concept that emphasizes the differences between species, morphological species concept emphasizes their similarities.
